For all non-personalized items, we will inspect your return and issue a full refund including shipping fee.
For all personalized items, we will also make full refunds if there is manufacturing error or product defect made by us. If the mistakes were made by yourself, please understand no refund could be arranged, but we could offer a 10% discount for your new order of the same item.

Exchange and replacement
If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us immediately so that we can advise you of the best way forward.
In some cases, we may need to return the damaged item for a replacement.
In most cases, we will send replacement right away if you provide us the proof photos of the damaged items, so we could investigate the issues and/or file claim with the shipping company.

Non-personalized items could be cancelled any time before they are shipped. All personalized items could not be cancelled once they are sent to production, please double check spelling, dates and names before placing the order.
